When you tag a company (client or prospect), IKO follows all the moves of key people (level 1, 2+) and issues alerts you of their their job changes and new valuable relationships within your ecosystem (other accounts, partners or competitors).

When you mark someone as a favorite you spot a key people or decision maker (level 1, 2+). IKO issues an alert whenever his job changes or when he takes a new valuable relation within your sales ecosystem.
