Good morning folks !

Fast start into this brand new year : we launch IKO Analytics.

Analytics has the ambition to drive sales strategy and tactics decisions. Essentials are graphical views of the way you prospect and secure clients, benchmarked with your competition :

-What is your time allocated on IKO between pure prospection and customer management ?

-What are the industry sectors you address while prospecting or securing your existing clients ?

-What are the industry sectors addressed by your competitors ?

One interesting intelligence data you can get access to through Analytics : in the competitors’ pie chart, click on the slice of any sector and retrieve the complete list of their portfolio in this sector. I like that !

What else on the roadmap for the next months ?

-A new facebook-like dashboard

-Sales team collaboration : sharing contacts and insights among the team offers greatly enpowers corporate teams

-CRM integration (as usual, salesforce may come first)

We have a bunch of other new functions in our boxes. The dev team here keeps being fresh and extatic so feel free to comment and request features !
