Some of you experienced a workload for the initial tagging of companies.
You may have tens of clients, hundreds of prospects and all competitors are not always easy to spot 🙁
And as tagging is key in IKO (remember : the more you tag, the more intelligence you gather), we have worked on it.
We have set up an algorithm to pre-define potential clients/prospects and competitors. In the Companies section, you can note a shortcut :
It’s not perfect until we get connectors with CRMs, but this may be much easier for most of you. This algorithm shall also be improved in the following weeks as we setup a Team mode : sales team members would then be able to share intelligence and tags.
