First, who is Augure?

 

Augure provides the first cross-channel PR and Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) software that helps PR and communications professionals to identify the key influencers of their industry, interact and build relationship with them and measure the effectiveness of the campaigns – through a combination of traditional, online, social and mobile channels.

The company currently provides its platforms and services to 1,500 clients (from SMBs to Fortune 500 companies), and has created a community of more than 20,000 users. In 2015, Augure received a new investment of 15 million euros and begins it’s journey in the United States!

 

IKO + Augure = 3x conversion rates

 

With 4 SDRs (Sales Development Reps) + 2 CITs (Customer Intelligence Trainees) generating leads for 20 sales reps, the VP of demand generation, David Coignet, was looking for a solution to feed and boost Augure’s pipeline. Having invested in organizing webinars and events to generate a steady flow of inbound leads, Augure needed an extra source of leads that will allow them to meet their monthly quota of 400-500 leads for their 2 business units.

With IKO, David managed to create an outbound lead generation process with marketing engagement via Pardot in Salesforce, which led to a 3X in conversion rate after just 3 months of using IKO’s lead scoring technology.

We’ve already got a steady flow of inbound leads but IKO brings us the big deals -companies who wouldn’t normally come to us themselves. Our conversion rates improved significantly because our SDRs now spend time having real conversations instead.
