Gartner Picked IKO!
Dear IKO fans and users, we are proud to announce that we have been listed in the
Gartner CRM Vendor Guide, 2013!!
Why is this something to celebrate for??
Well certainly, because Gartner is the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company, so we can all definitely trust their judgement!
Though, what is this guide we are so enthusiastic about?
As most of you probably know, every year Gartner releases a document with a list of CRM vendors in order to aid organizations in selecting the right service that can meet their needs. 2011 was a breakthrough for Gartner, vendors and organizations, due to the innovations in CRM technologies. These innovations included the expansion of cloud based, mobile, digital social and customer experience based technologies.
As they have written in their abstract, social software capabilities for prospecting and frontline research have an essential role in improving the quality and relevance of information that is necessary to a sales representative.
Gartner explains that, IKO, as well as other entities, has worked to design and perform a software which is capable of helping “salespeople uncover relationships among entities, personnel and events within firms, as well as improve intelligence on the health and direction of different firms in specific.”
